Funded agreements with a corporate entity include agreements such a Sponsored Research Agreements (SRAs), Corporate Research Agreements (CRAs), and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs). The scope of research activities conducted under these kinds of agreements ranges from basic benchwork to pre-clinical animal work to interventional human subject clinical trials.
The Clinical and Corporate Contract team in the Office of Sponsored Programs handles these contracts. Submission of these contracts requires a CRA submission form which can be accessed here along with submission instructions.
Please note that this submission procedure does not include submission of corporate agreements providing funds where the prime funding is from the government - these would be handled by the Grants Management team in the Office of Sponsored Programs.
