Should I submit my NIH supplement proposal through eRA Commons or MyFunding’s System-to-System feature?

National Institutes of Health (NIH) supplement proposals are required to be submitted via system-to-system within the PERIS™ MyFunding module.  Per the January 12, 2018 notice and the related July 13, 2018 PERIS™ listserv communication, only NIH Ps, Us, and SPORE grants can be submitted directly to the sponsor without using the system-to-system feature in MyFunding.
