As part of the federal government’s efforts to implement National Security Presidential Memorandum 33 and section 10631 of the CHIPS and Science Act, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has provided updates to its grants policies. Key points of the NASA updates are summarized below.
DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
As announced in Grant Notice 24-01, NASA has updated its biographical sketch forms and current and pending (other) support forms in accordance with its new disclosure requirements, which apply to new awards and funded amendments issued on or after October 1, 2024. Applicants for NASA funding must also certify that they are not a party to a malign foreign talent recruitment program.
