As a reminder, effective Thursday, February 1, 2024, amendments from active subawards that were previously processed in Contraxx must be requested in MyRA. The last day to submit a subaward amendment request in Contraxx is January, 26, 2024.
Please note that any subaward requests submitted in Contraxx prior to January, 26, 2024 will continue to be processed and finalized in Contraxx and will not need to be re-entered into MyRA.
Training materials are being finalized and will be shared prior to the February 1 rollout. In addition, please attend one of the following training demos on requesting amendments in MyRA:
- Wednesday, January 17 from 10:00 am – 10:30 am (Click here to join the meeting)
- Tuesday, January 23 from 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm (Click here to join the meeting)
- Monday, January 29 from 10:00 am – 10:30 am (Click here to join the meeting)
The PERIS™ Team is still accepting volunteers to pilot the new process for requesting amendments. If you have any upcoming amendment requests, please attend one of the above scheduled training demos, and the team will provide next steps.
