The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has seen an increase in the number of documents incorrectly routed for signature, including those not routed through internal systems and review processes.
Documents needing signatures from OSP should be submitted as a Word document or PDF to the assigned OSP Specialist. Do not route items for signature in DocuSign directly to the Vice Chancellor for Sponsored Programs and Research Operations, Dr. Jennifer Woodward, or other members of OSP.
Submitting the document through the standard OSP processes via MyFunding or MyRA will ensure that the document is signed by the appropriate delegated signatory once it has been fully reviewed and the internal requirements completed.
