Just-In-Time Submissions

In an effort to ensure timely and effective processing of Just-in-Time (JIT) submittals to the NIH, please include in either your hard copy or e-mail JIT submission to the Office of Sponsored Programs the following:

  1. JIT e-mail notification from NIH, if applicable
  2. Most recent PITT I# (Institution Number)
  3. NIH application ID# (located in the Just-in-Time request)
  4. Grants Management Cover Sheet

This will assist the Office of Sponsored Programs in completing the process quickly and locating the correct record.
