Completing your COI Annual Disclosure by April 15

The deadline for the 2025 annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure filings is Tuesday, April 15, 2025.  Annual COI disclosures must be completed and current prior to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) submitting proposals or releasing award funds.  If COI disclosure filings are expired, the approval/submission of proposals and the activation of awards will be delayed.

Updates from federal agencies for the week of 04/07/2025

  • A temporary restraining order (TRO) was granted by the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island pertaining to HHS’s termination of public health grants. Twenty-three states, including Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, are listed plaintiffs on the TRO. Review details of the TRO at this link.
